Clock Monument Salvador Dali, Andorra La Vella The bronze sculpture is one of the melted watch series of sculptures which was created by Dali to symbolise the passage of time. The soft melting watch is draped around a tree trunk; atop the watch face is a crown, symbolising time’s master over humanity.

Beach time in Bidart, South of France

Bidard is a small town in the South of France.  A relaxed day in the hot sun, a walk and swim at the local beach. Asked a surfer for directions turned out to be Australian.  The next thing 5 of us are squashed in the front bench seat of his van - must have looked a right sight!  Fortunately the ride wasn't far!

Summer in the South of France

Bordeaux to Biarritz (near Bayonne, south of France) via a wee retail fix at IKEA.

John hand carved a circular
board for the kitchen sink
End result, very happy camper !
Chilling out at camp, over 30 degrees today

We asked for a site near the pool - any
closer and we would have been in it!!
