Olive Oil Processing Treat

We went for an exploration walk today of Sorrento, climbing up the top of narrow streets and alleyways with the most amazing views over Sorrento, Napoli and Mt Vesuvius.  Our adventure was capped when we came across an olive processing plant in a little village.  The owners could see our delight and invited us in for an impromptu tour of the plant and oil tasting, hot off the press, a true delight!
