Cornwall Cont..

Another couple of gorgeous days in Cornwall. The beauty of this region has won us over! The sunny and warm weather does help!
St Michael's Mount, Marazion near Penzance.
A rocky island with a harbour and village
community, topped by a fortified medieval
castle, that's still a family home.
You can access the island by either boat or
walking across the cobbled causeway on low tide.
Waiting for low tide .... Some of us couldn't wait!

At Lizard Point - Mainland Britain's most
southerly point
Lizard point, famed for shipwrecks and the
return of the Cornish chough.
At Lizard point, the lighthouse in the background
Kynance Cove, close to Lizard point. Kynance
has a spectacular beach, people swimming were
swimming there today. A bit cold for us!

Lovely old cottages
